Care workers are unsung heroes who continue to play a huge role in supporting patient care across Dorset’s integrated care system. Carers took the hardest hit at the peak of the pandemic, putting themselves at risk to uphold their strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of others. This demonstration of character not only reminds us of their importance to the system but also calls the system to prioritize their health and wellbeing!
In response to this call, we have pulled together helpful resources from Skills for Care and other sources to support carers to look after their own health and overall wellbeing.
