WellNet is Our Dorset’s all-new, one-stop platform for staff wellbeing aiming to transform system-wide access to wellbeing support in a social and inclusive way by building a community of practice that promotes resource sharing, collaboration and support for one another. WellNet will recognise and celebrate the diverse range of activities colleagues across the system engage in to look after their health and wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.
Go Social, Take it Personal with WellNet 2.0!
With WellNet 2.0, you can now:
- Join wellbeing groups from across the system, engage with colleagues and interact with wellbeing updates in your community.
- Share resources and events with colleagues across various platforms using the social sharing feature.
- See only wellbeing resources and events from your organisation on your My Organisation page.
All WellNet 1.0 features are still available on the platform, allowing you to:
- Explore everything staff wellbeing from across the system all in one place via a sleek, user-friendly interface.
- Easily locate wellbeing resources using the advanced search feature that allows you to sort content by topic, type or keyword.
- Keep up to date on all the wellbeing events across the ICS.
- Customise your experience using the in-built, power-packed accessibility toolbar from ReciteMe.
Coming Soon: The WellNet Mobile App
As promised, in January, the WellNet mobile app will be available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, keeping wellbeing support, events and resources at your fingertips. Please keep an eye on your WellNet noticeboard and your organisation's staff communications channels for guidance on downloading the app.
