Important Update on Referrals for 1:1 Psychological Support
Unfortunately, we are awaiting confirmation from NHS England for funding for the next financial year (April 2023 - March 2024). Therefore, we have decided to put a hold on referrals to our service for 1:1 psychological therapy at this time.
Please be assured that anyone currently under our care or on our waiting list will receive support as planned. All other parts of the service, including physiotherapy, group work, team support, and webinars, will also carry on as usual. WellNet will remain available and accessible to all staff to support you with self-help resources during this period.
Staff seeking support should get in touch with their in-house staff wellbeing team using the following contact information and channels:

Please note that Here For Each Other is not a crisis or rapid response service. If your referral is an emergency, please speak to the Crisis Team at Connection, who are available 24/7, as they will be able to support you with safe and friendly professional advice. Call Connection on 0800 652 0190 or via NHS 111.
Referrals are monitored, and the phone line is staffed from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. An initial assessment will take place within two weeks of acknowledging your referral (please check your junk folder).
- If you would like to refer yourself to the Wellbeing Hub, use our self-referral form or call 01202 130130.
- If you would like to refer a member of your team or a colleague to the Wellbeing Hub, please use the team member referral form or call 01202 130130.
- If you would like to refer a whole team to the Wellbeing Hub, please use the team referral form or call 01202 130130.
- If you would like to refer more than one staff member, please fill in a referral form for each person rather than using the team form.
As well as dealing with referrals, the Wellbeing Hub will work proactively with teams across the Integrated Care System. This could be with whole teams or individual members of staff.
