Wendy has been a psychologist for over 20 years and runs a busy private practice in Alderley Edge where she has helped people overcome a huge range of problems. She also runs a free, specialist support group for people struggling with anxiety called Fearless Female. You may have spotted her on Cheshire Housewives or in the media, working hard to walk the talk of being ‘fearless’ and pushing her comfort zone. She mainly uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) as a model because once you understand it, it’s very effective. CBT also helped her to overcome crippling anxiety over 30 years ago.
