Strengths Coaching

Our Strengths Coaching programme aims to support BAME NHS colleagues across the health and social care system by building confidence and empowerment in individuals, and working to improve inclusivity, engagement and productivity within teams. Coaching builds a partnership between coach and coachee. The role as the coach is to help the coachee to achieve their personal best and to produce the results they want in their personal and professional lives.

The programme aims to build a network of BAME NHS coaches around the country using a strengths-based approach derived from positive psychology. The sessions are CPD-accredited and will help you identify your strengths and unique personal talents to progress within your career, as well as training you as a coach to support other BAME NHS colleagues.

The programme focuses on enabling you to make the most of your unique talents, whilst supporting corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives for others, helping to develop talent and support career progression.

Strengths Coaching training sessions will run throughout four cohorts from 21st March 2022 until 8th June 2022.
