Early Menopause and Fertility
Menopause doesn’t just happen when we’re in our 40s, 50s and beyond – 1% of women under 40 experience early menopause. One of the biggest impacts it can have earlier in life is on fertility. Here’s Becky’s story and how she’s helping employers understand how they can support their colleagues at work.

Becky is a patient advocate, co-founder of Fertility Matters at Work and founder of the DefiningMum blog and Paths to Parenthub support platform.
With her professional experience working in HR and personal experience of dealing with fertility in the workplace she has co-founded an initiative called Fertility Matters at Work, designed to educate and inspire organisations to provide better support for employees facing fertility struggles.
