Let’s Move Because It’s Fun!
It’s ok to take some time off your structured exercise routine during a festive season. It’s ok to indulge and enjoy festivities, preferably guilt free because life is to enjoy and there is always another day. It might be the time we enjoy ourselves and accept that nothing is perfect, and we can always start over again.

How about we move for joy and not because we ‘have to’? Perhaps it could be fun to simply have an active Christmas where we might consider going on walks, hikes, play games, chase and play with children, swim or repetitively lift that Christmas turkey and do anything that involves moving in a joyful way without any pressure to do more.
We invite you to feel the freedom to make choices to be active because you want to and movement is life, and not engage with the inner critic that knows it all and knows what you ‘should be doing’. It’s ok to just simply move in any way you can think of, even if it’s different to your usual routine.
