Here For Each Other Happy Café - Session 5
Chaired by Gerry Clarke from the World Happiness Project, these informal sessions will invite staff working in health and care across Dorset as well as the local councils twice a month to share their happiness and wellbeing experiences in a fun, informative and inspirational way.
In this instalment of our Happy Café sessions, Lord Gus O'Donnell joins us as a guest speaker, discussing the importance of wellbeing in the workplace. Lord Gus O'Donnell has been a leader in the wellbeing and happiness movements. He chaired the development group of founding partners setting up the What Works Centre for Wellbeing. He is a supporter of Action for Happiness and has spoken at the University of Oxford Wellbeing Research Centre's Wellbeing Research & Policy Conference.
We will also be joined by Patricia Miller, Chief Executive of the Integrated Care Board, who will share her vision of ICS Healthcare in Dorset. Patricia Miller was the Chief Executive of Dorset County Hospital from 2014 to 2021 when she was appointed Chief Executive of Dorset's Integrated Care Board to oversee complex health services and health improvement programmes for people and communities living in Dorset.
