Here For Each Other Happy Café - Session 6
As part of our efforts to bring staff from across the system together to share and celebrate wellbeing, Here For Each Other is launching a series of online Happy Café meetings. Chaired by Gerry Clarke from the World Happiness Project, these informal sessions will invite staff working in health and care across Dorset as well as the local councils twice a month to share their happiness and wellbeing experiences in a fun, informative and inspirational way.
In this instalment of our Happy Café sessions we are joined by Lord Richard Layard joins us as a guest speaker to talk about improving mental health and wellbeing and creating a happier society.
Ellie Sturrock will be talking about the importance of sleep in our everyday lives.
Sabine Stroud from the Russell Cotes museum and art gallery joins Gerry to talk about Art and Wellbeing and trying something new. She will demonstrate the fun and enjoyment of creating beautiful images with Zentangles.
